Missing Parts
If you notice any parts missing from the product, kindly contact us at support@swiftjetusa.com and include a photo as proof. We will ship the missing part right away.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- After 30 days, refunds are not available.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report damaged, defective, or faulty items as fast as you can.
- Proof (photos or videos) is required.
Non-returnable items
We’re unable to accept returns for the following:
- Liquid or chemical-based items where the safety seal has been broken, such as car wash soaps, cleaners, or foaming solutions.
- Accessories that show signs of use, like foam guns, spray nozzles, replacement tips, or wash mitts
Refund Process
- You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
